Basic

Includes 3 inspections per year as required by the TCEQ. We will notify you after each inspection through a written report that will be left on site. We also report everything to the county. Instructions on how to properly operate the system are given which will hopefully assist you in saving both money and time. Inspections are done based on our zoning system. Rescheduling of inspections can be provided at an additional charge.The cost is $175 for one year or $300 for 2 years. Monthly payments are available at an additional charge of $25 per year.

Gold

This level includes the services offered at the Basic level. In addition, chlorine will be added and filters will be cleaned during each inspection. This includes: cleaning the air filter on the aerator (when applicable) cleaning the screen filter on the water pump. This service may extend the life and may improve the efficiency of both your aerator and your water pump. Inspections are done based on our zoning system. Rescheduling of inspections can be provided at an additional charge.
Cost is $300 for one year or $500 for 2 years. Monthly payments are available at an additional charge of $25 per year.

Platimum

This level includes all the services offered at the Gold level plus any and all maintenance, services and parts that are necessary to keep your system operating properly.During the coverage period of this contract, you never have to pay for service calls or for a new pump or aerator should they require replacement due to normal usage. Rescheduling of inspections can be provided at NO additional charge.NOTE: All servicing needs are met within this contract with the exception of pumping out sludge or replacement of tanks and lines.Cost is $700 for one year or $1,100 for 2 years. Monthly payments are available at no extra charge.
